My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The spacious rooms were a mix of wonderful and disappointing - some were in need of updates and had maintenance issues like mold and holes, while others were just fine. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff being very nice and accommodating but others falling short, especially when it came to loading bags. The location was efficient and convenient, with easy access to local eateries and a large mall, but some aspects like existing shower controls were a bit inconvenient. The dining options had a good variety but were not exceptional. Overall, there were positives and negatives to consider during my stay.
